Madarth 2024: The year we showed up

Madarth 2024: The year we showed up.

What's so great about showing up, you ask?

Burning the midnight oil in bursts and then letting things slide isn't exactly a Master Chef recipe for success. The work we do isn't just ours alone, it's the sweat, soul, and vision of the founders who've trusted us with their brands. That's not a trust you can ghost on or say I will do it when the mood strikes.

And let's face it, the creative space is a rollercoaster. Some days you're popping champagne; other days, you're overdosing on caffeine and brainstorming your way out of a tight spot. But win or learn (because at Madarth, losing is not in the vocabulary), the secret sauce is simple: just show up.

And in 2024, we did just that.

We showed up.

We won a lot.

We learnt even more.

Just by simply showing up and doing the work,

Woah! That's one heck of a year, isn't it? Irunga Bhai. Just like life, agency business isn't always sunshines and rainbows either.

The hurdles that got us learning

All of these happened just this year. At this scale, we realized pulling all-nighters and wishing for unicorns won't cut it. The real deal? Simply showing up.

Things that could have been better.

Apart from showing up to work, we showed up to 10 movie dates, 35 office outings and a lot of midnight concerts starring our home stars. We feel this is the only area we haven't shown up enough.

But don't worry we'll compensate for this year (2025, just to clarify people often take time to adapt to the new year)

What's in store for us in 2025?

Honestly, we don't know. But with 16 new clients and Madarth getting a Vera Level upgrade (it's WIP, we'll let you know soon), the future looks bright. Whatever happens, you can count on this: we'll always show up.

A big, heartfelt thank you to our clients, employees, and vendors for placing your trust in us and making Madarth what it is. Here's to another year of showing up, growing up, and levelling up.

Wishing you all a very happy new year!
